Memories of Gigabytes is a large scale installation that translates data from digital archives and personal memories both related to distinct places into a physical experience.

 

It consists of large scale fabric prints and a series of sculptures. The prints visualize a combination of numeric data and abstracted shapes related to specific memories. The same memories are also reflected in plaster objects suspended from the structure.
